Evaluator Support Package (ESP)

ESP extends the automation of your ideas process by initiating a two-way flow of information between administrators and evaluators, by cutting out unnecessary paperwork and reducing delays associated with traditional suggestion schemes. The evaluation process is supported by an intelligent workflow of easy to use wizards, which walk the evaluator through the entire evaluation process. Using ESP, administrators send new staff ideas out for evaluation by e-mail, to ensure that the evaluator is alerted to the new request for evaluation. Once an evaluation has been completed, the administrator can use PrIsM to review the evaluation results on-screen, eliminating the need to re-enter information and reducing administration time and costs. |
The evaluation is performed by means of ESP's intranet wizard pages using the web browser on the evaluator's computer. The evaluator is required to acknowledge that they are the correct person to deal with a submitted idea, and is then guided through the evaluation process. This can be customised as required, for example to include cost benefit analysis reporting to finally deciding whether or not an idea should be implemented. ESP also opens up the opportunity to appoint new or specialist evaluators for a specific idea and to spread the workload. The built-in help function, together with a consistent workflow, makes it even easier to ensure that even first time evaluators can evaluate ideas in a timely fashion. |
