EFQM Framework

Each assessor produces their own assessment using Quality Genius

The assessors e-mail their assessments to the lead assessor

The lead assessor combines all assessments into a Workbook and prints the consensus meeting review reports.

Following the meeting, the Workbook is updated and the final feedback Scorebook is generated.
